Abstract
the research aims to determine the similarity of accounting application concuted by PT..Tristar Marine according to accounting principles. data collection used by PT.Tristar Marine is conducting direct interviews and collecting conducting direct interviews and collecting documents of PT.Tristar Marine. the writer analiysis the data of this research using descriptive method. the data is obtained in the company and then arranged based on the relevant theory and conclusions are made. as for the result of research conducted the authorsargue that, the company PT.Tristar Marine keeps records on an accruall basis. in calculating depreciantion expense, companies use the straight-line method. the company does not present cash flows, present changes in equity and also presents notes to financial statement.
