Abstract

Increasing productivity is a major concern in various companies, where human resources are the main component in carrying out production activities within the company. Human resources as labor cannot be separated from problems related to their safety and health at work, while Occupational Safety and Health (K3) itself is still underestimated by companies in Indonesia. method used is quantitative correlation. Data collection using a questionnaire. This study analyzed using multiple regression with the help of SPSS V.20. Based on the research, it shows that employee work motivation is generally good with an average score of 466. Workers' safety and health are generally classified as poor with an average score of 457.83. Worker productivity is generally classified as poor with an average score of 454.1. There is an influence of motivation, occupational safety and health on worker productivity. The regression equation Y = 36.466 + 0.454X1 + 0.296X2, it is known that Occupational Health and Safety has an effect of 48.98% (0.489 x 100%) on work productivity.
