Abstract

In daily activities, energy cannot be separated from people's lives, a lot of residual heat energy from the process of using fossil energy is wasted in the surrounding nature, therefore it is necessary to use this residual heat energy into electrical energy, energy that can be used for community needs. A thermoelectric generator is a device that can convert heat energy into electrical energy directly using the seeback effect. This study aims to determine the effect of the number of thermoelectric generators with series and parallel circuits on the technical specifications of the fish grilling fan. In this study, variations in the number of thermoelectric generators were carried out, namely 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 with series and parallel circuits. From the results of the study, it can be seen that the number of thermoelectric generators affects the current, voltage, rotation and power of the fish grilling fan. Because thermoelectric generator can produce a current of 1.52A and a voltage of 1.5-2V, the more the number of thermoelectric generators used, the greater the current, voltage, rotation and power.
