Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine, explain and analyze the level of customer satisfaction at Cityket Tour and Travel services in Tembilahan. In this study, the population, namely all consumers who have used services in purchasing flight tickets at Cityket Tour And Travel in Tembilahan until 2019 and the sampling technique using the Slovin formula, namely 98 respondents, and sampling in this study using nonprobability techniques, namely by incidental sampling. From the results of the analysis of consumer satisfaction analysis of Cityket Tour and Travel services in Tembilahan, the category is quite satisfied with an overall score of 4995. These results can be interpreted that services at Cityket Tour And Travel Tembilahan need to work hard and further improve service to consumers so that consumers can be satisfied in existing services and the company must maintain the existing strengths and meet any shortcomings.
