Abstract
Theproblem inthisstudy is:still lackofmasteryofbasic techniqueswhen passingunderneath involleyball game inclassXI APHPYABRI TERPADU Vocational Schoolstudentsof Pekanbaru.Thepurposeof thisstudy isto findoutwhether using themethodof teachingvariationcan improve the learning of passingunder avolleyball game.This research is aPTK (ClassroomActionResearch)withasampleof20students,10maleand 10femalestudents.Basedonthedataprocessing that researchershave done, froma total sampleof 20students it wasconcluded thatinthis studytherewere18studentswho graduatedwithapercentageof90%and thenumber of non-graduateswere2students withapercentageof 10%. from theresultsofdataanalysis, itcanbeconcluded thatbyapplying the methodof teachingvariation inthe learningprocess itcan improve the passingunder thevolleyball game inclass XI APHPYABRI TERPADU Vocational SchoolstudentsofPekanbaru.
