Abstract
This study entitled "The Effect of Soaking Time in the Seeds in PGPR Solution and Dosage of TSP Fertilizer on Growth and Yield of Renek Nuts (Vigna Unguiculata var Sesquipedalis). The research has been carried out at the Faculty Experimental Garden Agriculture Riau Islamic University, Pekanbaru City for 3 months starting in February 2020 - April 2020. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of interaction and the main thing is soaking the seeds in PGPR solution and TSP fertilizer. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) in factorial consists of two factors. The first factor is PGPR (P) which consists of 4 levels, namely 0, 5, 10, 15 minutes and the second factor was the TSP (T) fertilizer consisting of 4 levels, namely 0, 3, 6, 9 g / plant so that 16 treatment combinations were obtained with 3 replications, so that there were 48 plots trial. The parameters observed were germination age, germination percentage, height plant, germination rate, number of root nodules, flowering age, harvest age, number of pods cropping, weight of pods planted, longest pod length, and number of remaining pods. Data were analyzed statistically and continued with the 5% BNJ level. The results showed that the interaction of the length of soaking the seeds in the solution PGPR and TSP fertilizer have an effect on plant height, the number of nodules, flowering age, and number of pods planted. The best treatment is long soaking for 15 minutes and a dose of 9g TSP / plant (P3T3). The main effect of deep seed immersion PGPR solution affects all the observed parameters with the best treatment soaking time for 15 minutes (P3). The main effect of TSP is on observation parameters of plant height, number of nodules, flowering age, harvest age, number of pods planted, fruit weight per plant, longest pod length, and number leftover fruit. Best treatment dose 9g / plant (T3).
