Abstract

In general, coastal areas can be defined as a meeting area between land ecosystems, marine ecosystems and air ecosystems that meet each other in a fragile balance. Changes in the coastline that occur in coastal areas are in the form of erosion of coastal bodies (abrasion) and addition of coastal bodies (sedimentation or accretion).
