Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the interaction and the main factors of giving MG1 biological fertilizer and cow urine POC on the growth and production of luffa acutangula (Luffa acutangula). The design of this study was a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 2 factors. The first factor is the concentration of biological fertilizer MG1 (H) which consists of 4 levels, namely: 0, 3.75, 7.5, 11.25 ml / liter of water and the second factor is the concentration of POC cow urine (U) which consists of 4 levels, namely: 0, 50, 100 and 150 ml / liter of water. The parameters observed were flowering age, flower to pistil, pistil to fruit, harvest age, number of fruits per plant, fruit weight per plant, fruit weight per fruit, fruit length, fruit diameter and number of residual fruits. The results of the observations were analyzed statistically and continued with the honest real difference test (BNJ) at 5%. The results showed that the interaction of MG1 biological fertilizer and cow urine POC had a significant effect on the parameters of the amount of residual fruit, the best treatment was in the concentration of MG1 biological fertilizer 7.5 ml / liter water and cow urine POC 150 ml / liter water (H2U3). The main effect of MG1 biological fertilizer was significant on all observed parameters, the best treatment was at a concentration of 11.25 ml / liter of water (H3). The main effect of cow urine POC was significant on parameters of flowering age, flower to pistil, pistil to fruit, harvest age, number of fruits per plant, fruit weight per plant and number of residual fruits, the best treatment was at a concentration of 150 ml / liter of water (U3).
