Abstract

Tenanyan Raya sub-district has several types of MSMEs including the Batu Bata MSME, but these MSMEs have not been able to provide welfare for the community seen from the level of the community's economy which is still relatively low, and MSMEs have not been able to make a major contribution to regional development even though these MSMEs can boost economic development. so that research on halal tourism is needed to see how far the development of brick Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Tenayan Raya District and formulate a strategy for developing brick Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City This study aims to formulate a strategy for developing brick-and-mortar Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City. The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative with purposive sampling technique. The targets to be achieved are: (a) identify the existing condition of brick SMEs in Tenayan Raya District (SDA, HR, capital, marketing, technology) (b) formulate a strategy for developing brick Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Tenayan Raya District with the IFAS-EFAS analysis technique This research shows that Tenayan Raya Subdistrict has fulfilled the components of the development of MSME bricks, including the attractiveness of natural resources, human resources, capital, technology, marketing. Meanwhile, based on the results of the IFAS-EFAS analysis, four strategies for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of bricks in Tenayan Raya Sub-district were arranged using alternative strategies that were sorted by total priority by weighting, namely with a strategy of conducting business management training for owners and workers on an ongoing basis so that businesses continue to develop innovatively with a strategy of conducting business management training for owners and workers on an ongoing basis so that businesses continue to develop innovatively.
