Abstract

Decent cement quality needs to be designed according to borehole conditions. Occasionally, drilling activity deep enough so that it requires high thickening time to let cement has enough time before it finally hardens. On the other hand, in shallow wells, a low thickening time is needed for the cement to harden quickly.
