Abstract

research with the title "The Effect of Paper Ash and Water Sewer on Growth of Lime Cuttings (Citrus aurantifolia) . This research was conducted at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture Riau Islamic University, Pekanbaru City for 4 months, starting from April until July 2020. The research objective was to determine the effect of interaction and the main effect of paper ash and sewage on the growth of lime cuttings (Citrus aurantifolia). The study used a completely randomized design consisting of two factors. The first factor is the dosage of paper ash (K) which consists of 4 levels namely 0, 10, 20 and 30 grams / plant while the second factor is water dose ditch (S) which consists of 4 levels, namely 0, 500, 750, and 1000 milli liter / liter repeated 3 times, in order to obtain 48 experimental units. Parameters are observed were the age at which shoots appeared, the percentage of cuttings growth, the number of shoots, longest shoot length, number of leaves, net assimilation rate and growth rate relatively. Data were analyzed statistically and continued with the 5% BNJ level. Result research shows that the interaction between paper ash and sewage water had a significant effect on the percentage of cutting growth, the number of shoots, longest shoot length, number of leaves, net assimilation rate and growth rate relative to the best treatment is the combination of paper ash treatment 30 gram / plant and sewage water 1000 milli liter / liter. The main effect of paper ash real against all parameters with the best treatment 30 grams / plant. The main effect of sewage water was significant on the percentage of cuttings growth, the number shoots, longest shoot length, number of leaves, net assimilation rate and rate relative growth with the best treatment is 1000 milli liter / liter.
