Abstract

research with the title "Response Growth and Production of Edamame Soybean (Glycine max (L) Merrill) against the Giving of Titonia and Molybdenum Compost "with the aim to determine the interaction effect and the main effect of compost titonia and molybdenum have been implemented at the Faculty Experimental Garden Agriculture of the Riau Islamic University, Pekanbaru from January to June 2020. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) factorial consisting of two factors. The first factor is the dose of titonia compost consisting of 4 levels of treatment, namely: 0, 338, 676, and 1.014 g / plot. Second factor is the molybdenum dose which consists of 4 levels of treatment, namely: 0; 11.25; 22.50; and 33.75 ppm Na2MoO2. Each treatment consisted of 3 replications thus there are 48 experimental units. The parameters observed were plant height, rate net assimilation, relative growth rate, number of effective nodules, age flowering, number of pods per plant, percentage of pithy pods per plant and the weight of the plant's fresh pods. Data were analyzed statistically and continued with the test honest real difference (BNJ) at the 5% level. The results showed that The interaction effect of titonia and molybdenum compost is different significant on plant height parameters, net assimilation rate 28-35 dst and The number of effective root nodules with the best treatment was found in the fertilizer dose titonia compost 1.014 g / plot and molybdenum dose 33.75 ppm. Main influence The application of titonia compost was significantly different for all parameters observations with the best treatment were found in the dose of titonia compost 1.014 g / plot. The main effect of giving molybdenum was significantly different parameters of plant height, net assimilation rate of 21-28 dast and 28-35 dast, rate relative growth 21-28 dast, number of effective root nodules, number of pods per plant, the percentage of well-fertilized pods per plant and weight of plant fresh pods The best treatment was found at 11.25 ppm molybdenum dose.
