Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the contribution of balance and explosive power of leg muscles to the skills of sila football among extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 1 Ujung Batu in the academic year 2020/2021. The type of this research is multiple correlation. The population and sample in this study were 16 extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 1 Ujung Batu in the academic year 2020/2021. The research instruments used were balance test, leg muscle explosive power test and sepaxila test. The data analysis technique used is multiple correlation value test. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that 1) There is a contribution of the explosive power of the leg muscles to the sepaksilla skills of extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 1 Ujung Batu in the academic year 2020/2021 with a value of rhitung = 0.534> r table = 0.497 with a value of KD = 28.52 %. 2) There is a contribution of leg muscle explosive power to sepaxillary skills in extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 1 Ujung Batu Academic Year 2020/2021 with a value of rhitung = 0.522> r table = 0.497 with a value of KD = 27.25%, 3) There is a contribution of balance and power the explosion of leg muscles on sepaksila skills in extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 1 Ujung Batu for the academic year 2020/2021 with a value of rcount = 0.617> r table = 0.497 with a value of KD = 38.07%.
