Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of village funds in Kualu Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency in 2018. Village fund management indicators used include planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability. This type of research located in Kualu Village, Tambang Subdistrict, Kampar Regency is descriptive with a qualitative approach that is trying to describe the object or subject being studied about as it is, and explain about the variables studied. There are two research subjects to be informants who will provide various information needed during the research process, namely key informants who number 1 person, and informants who number people. Key informants in this case are people who really understand all the problems studied, namely the Village Head, and the informants are people who are considered to know the problems examined, namely community leaders, ninik mamak, and the community. The problems in this study is 1. It is indicated that in planning the use of Village Funds in Kualu Village there is something that is not in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Village number 19 of 2017. That in planning the use of Village Funds in developing villages must prioritize the areas of development and community empowerment, but in the preparation of Village Budget and Revenue in Kualu Village The theory used in this study is according to Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 20 of 2018 Village Financial Management. In this study, the sample collection was done by census and purposive sampling techniques. Types and data collection techniques used consist of observation techniques, interview techniques, documentation techniques. By considering synchronizing the data analysis process from various sources and from different techniques from data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and then drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that not all indicators were implemented properly and in its implementation it was still ineffective and from the community there were still those who did not know about the management of the villages in Kualu Village and were not good enough.
