Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF CAPITAL INVESTMENT AND SERVICE DUTY SERVICES IN THE SUPERVISION OF INTERNET STORES IN TAMPAN DISTRICT, PEKANBARU CITY ABSTRACT Abdul Kadir To deal with permits for disturbance, the Pekabaru City Government has formed DPMPTSP, which has the task of carrying out part of the affairs of the municipal government in the area of licensing and non-licensing services in an integrated manner. The existence of the DPMPTSP office is expected to be able to help the public who want to take care of various licenses, then with the establishment of this integrated service office, the service system that runs therein is considered to be quite good, but there are still things that need to be addressed especially in the field of service to the community. one of the tasks is the implementation of supervision of the implementation of licensing and non-licensing. This task is considered important because to further optimize licensing, especially for internet cafe businesses. However, the implementation of the task has not been carried out to the maximum. So that there are still many people who open internet cafe businesses do not yet have a permit. The purpose of this research is to find out the Implementation of the Duties and Investment Services Office of One Door Integrated in Internet Cafes Monitoring in Tampan District, Pekanbaru City and to find out the factors that are inhibiting the Implementation of the Duties of Investment Services and One Stop Services in the Control of Internet Cafes in the District Handsome Pekanbaru City. In accordance with the problem, the type of research is a descriptive survey using quantitative methods. The results showed that the Implementation of the Task of the Investment Office and the One Stop Integrated Service in Supervising Internet Cafes in the Tampan District of Pekanbaru City could be said to be less implemented. This can be seen from the Standards of supervision in the implementation of supervision has not been maximal in its implementation, this is proven because there are still many internet cafes open up to 24 hours that have no effect on security and are not followed up, the assessment of internet cafes carried out has not produced results, this has proven to have not there are new innovations that can be done to reduce the violations of internet cafes and the action taken against deviations that occur is very slow because it is only a warning letter and the sealing process is carried out if violations have often been committed. 2. The Inhibiting Factor in the Implementation of the Task of the Investment and Integrated Services of One Door in Supervision of Internet Cafes in the District of Tampan, Pekanbaru City is the inadequate number of Personnel and the Irregular Supervision System. That is what causes the supervision of Pekanbaru internet cafes business is not optimal.
