Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of the work environment on job satisfaction of employees of the production department at PT. The Real Earth Works of RokanHilir Regency. This research uses quantitative descriptive method by collecting data obtained from respondents. Then tabulated and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. This sample uses 61 employees who are the entire population using the census method. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are with interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis used simple linear regression analysis, validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient test (R2), determination coefficient (R2), and test epsilon (É›). In this study, the author concludes that there is a convincing influence of the working environment of employees of the production department on job satisfaction of employees in PT. The Results of the True Earth Works of RokanHilir Regency.
