Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the suitability of accounting application carried out by hijab shop entrepreneurs in Tualang District Kab. Siak with basic concepts of accounting. The data collected is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. After all the data collected then the data is analyzed using descriptive methods so that it can be known how the suitability of accounting application carried out by the hijab shop business in Tualang District Kab. Siak with basic concepts of accounting. The results obtained from research that has been done by researchers are: (1) hijab shop entrepreneurs in Tualang District Kab. Siak has not implemented the concept of recording profit and loss in its business, (2) the basis of the recording used by hijab shop entrepreneurs in Tualang District Kab. Siak is a single entry system, (3) hijab shop entrepreneurs in Tualang District Kab. Siak has not implemented the concept of financial position in its business , (4) hijab shop entrepreneurs in Tualang District Kab. Siak has not implemented the concept of equity in its business. The recording system carried out by hijab shop entrepreneurs in Tualang District Kab. Siak is still simple in providing adequate and quality information in accordance with the basic concepts of accounting in running its business.
