Abstract

e purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the use of SWOT in the determination of Marketing Strategies at UMKM Yolaris Globalindo Pandau Permai. As well as the marketing policies used at UMKM Yolaris Globalindo Pandau Permai in marketing their products. This type of research is exploratory with descriptive data analysis methods and using a SWOT analysis model that is by looking at strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Types and sources of data obtained through primary data and secondary data. The results showed that the weaknesses found several points of weakness, namely production is only done when there are orders, promotions are not done routinely, and have not been able to develop product innovation. The results of the SWOT analysis of strength factors found a private owned convection business, has a business license, has a complete machine or working tool, large production capacity, and the quality and quality of the product is guaranteed. The result of the SWOT analysis of opportunity factors found the existence of a consumptive culture of the community towards clothing products, availability of raw materials at affordable prices, and high consumer confidence and satisfaction. The results of the SWOT analysis of the threat factor found problems with increasing components.
