Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of training on the work productivity of production employees at PT. Asrindo Citra Subur Makmur Siak. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, namely by collecting data obtained from respondents through distributing questionnaires. Then tabulated and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The sample in this study amounted to 30 people who were part of the production process I and process II. Types and sources of data used are primary and secondary. Data collection techniques, namely by interview and questionnaire. Data analysis used simple linear regression analysis, validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient test and determination (R2 ), and t test (hypothesis). The results in this study indicate that job training has a positive and significant effect work productivity of production employees at PT. Asrindo Citra Subur Makmur Siak.
