Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the level of welfare of Freelancing Workers at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun Sei Kencana. This research was carried out at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Kampar Regency. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data. The population used was all pelani pinang yattu as many as ./5 people with a total sample of 23 workers. Data collection techniques used were open questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method used is to calculate gross income to net income from labor income and other income. To analyze the level of welfare of daily freelance workers by comparing income with the standard of decent living needs (KHL), of the 23 respondents, there are / / respondents who can meet the standard of decent living needs (KHL). So you can conclude that working as a Hanan Freelance Laborer is dopa! welfare of Hanan Freelance Workers (BHL) at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun Sei Kencana Kampar Regency.
