Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify work training, work environment, and nurse performance at the Petala Bumi Regional General Hospital in Riau province and find out and analyze the effect of training and work environment on nurse performance at the Petala Bumi Regional General Hospital in Riau Province. Based on the equation of regret, training and work environment on performance, namely: Y = 0,500 + 0,860 X1 + 0,860 X2+e if training and work environment increases by 1 unit where the nurse's performance will increase by assuming a variable work performance in a fixed state. In the t test there was a significant influence between the training variables and the work environment against performance variables with the results of t count greater than t table that is 70,863> 1,671, meaning that training and the work environment had a significant influence on the performance of contract nurses at Petala Bumi Regional General Hospital Riau Province. R square training and work environment on the performance of contract nurses amounted to 0.989 or 98.9% meaning that performance is explained by the training and work environment variables, while the remaining 1.1% is influenced by other factors.
