Abstract

Da'wah Communication Is the process of delivering messages from one person to another, which comes from the Al-Qur'an and Hadist. Da'wah will be more interesting if it is conveyed properly and correctly, it is likely that the messages of da'wah will be conveyed to those who listen to it. The purpose of this study was to determine the communication style of Ustadz Abdul Somad da'wah. Communication style describes how we behave when we send and receive messages. Therefore, researchers are interested in conducting research on the communication style of Ustadz Abdul Somad da'wah. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. There are two sources of data for this research: primary data and secondary data. Primary data sources in this study can be obtained from video youtube Ustadz Abdul Somad Official, while secondary data sources in this study were obtained from documentation, books, journals, dictionaries, internet, lecture notes and others related to this research. Based on the results of research on the analysis of the communication style of Ustadz Abdul Somad da'wah communication on Ustadz Abdul Somad Official's YouTube account from the first video entitled waqf which will be more eternal, the second video with the title realizing a better civilization, and the third with the title nothing is accidental hudup selection. From the results of the analysis of the three videos, Ustadz Abdul Somad communication style refers to the "controller style" style because there are several types that support such as: always task-oriented, always focused on the final goal to be achieved, has a high sense of care, can control his loud voice and limit emotional expression.
