Abstract
Today's change and development of civilization is very fast and so sophisticated. For this reason, good performance demands in a company organization to be able to compete and appear as an independent characteristic, and being able to win the competition must be considered. Effectiveness organizational communication in schools, is expected to be able to have an influence on teacher performance. Theoretically this research expected to contribute to the study and development of theory communication in improving the quality of learning. Practically It is hoped that this will be useful as material for future research related to religion in improving the quality of communication education Interpersonal Islamic Education Teacher at Ma'had Tarbiyah Wa Al-Dakwah Islamiyah Yala Province. In this study the population taken is all teachers who teach Islamic Religious Education at Ma'had Tarbiyah Wa Al-Dakwah Islamiyah Yala Province is 24. The data sources are object to generate data. Due to its nature of field research, then the objects that can be used as a source of data for this research are primary, secondary Data processing is carried out after all data has been collected and has been get a comprehensive picture of the object of research, then the next data processing is carried out. Based on the results of Communication research Interpersonal Islamic Religious Education teacher at Ma'had Tarbiyah Wa aldakwah Islamiyah Yala Province. Good” (80.41%) or in the range (61%.80%) categorized as "Good" this can be seen from the results of the questionnaire that PAI teachers who have implemented interpersonal communication between the two who establish good social relations and maintain the quality of communication between the two.
