Abstract

This study aims to determine the psychological influence of consumers on consumer decisions in the purchase of fertilizer on CV.Tani Sukses in Kecamatan Lubuk Batu Jaya. Population in this research is all consumer at CV.Tani Success during year 2014 and sample in this research writer use accidental sampling method, this research use quantitative approach with spreading of questionnaire about consumer psychology, sample taken in this research counted 77 person. Through the Spread Questionnaire results that have been obtained from the recapitulation of respondents 'answers about consumer psychology (X) on consumer decisions in the purchase (Y) obtained an average value of 3.41 and the result of the recapitulation of respondents' answers about consumer decisions in the purchase (Y) average 3.80. this indicates that the criteria of the respondent's answer is good / agree with the statements that have been submitted. Hypothesis testing in this research using simple linear regression with the help of SPSS application. The results of this study states that psychologically significant effect on consumer decisions in the purchase. This is seen from the significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and is supported with the value of t arithmetic 10.789> t table 1.992, The magnitude of influence or contribution of the free vaiabel together can be seen from the adjusted R Square of 60.8% while the remaining 32, 9% is influenced by other variables.
