Abstract

Services and satisfaction were main purpose in company. Without customer, the company would not exist. There was a bit value of company assets without the existence of customer. Therefore, the main job of company attracted and defended customer. The customer would attract and defend the offers with positive competitiveness and satisfaction. The problem in this research wasthere Islamic services quality influenced on customer satisfaction at sharia pawnshop Inc Ahmad yaniPekanbaru branch. Meanwhile, the purpose in this research was to know the influence of Islamic services quality on customer satisfaction at sharia pawnshop Inc Ahmad yanipekanbaru branch. This research used causal research. It used descriptive quantitative method. The population in this research was all the customer at sharia pawnshop Inc Ahmad YaniPekanbaru branch with 13.902 customers, and took sample in 100 customers. This research used simple random sampling technique. The source of data was primer and secondary data. The technique in collecting data used questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis in this research used simple linier regression analysis with computation by using SPSS for Windows 22.0. this research finding was known by partial testing result showed that there was significant influence between services quality on customer satisfaction at sharia pawnshop Inc Ahmad YaniPekanbaru branch.
