Abstract
This research aims to describe the operation management of shipping services in PT. Indah Logistic Pekanbaru consisting of 4 core parts, namely input, process, output and control. In this study the research method used was a descriptive analysis with data collection using semi-structured interview techniques and observations or observations directly in PT. Indah Logistic Pekanbaru. From the results of the study showed that, PT. Indah Logistic Pekanbaru in the operation of the company needed improvement among them expanding the company network by opening service delivery freight sea and air freight, and improving the official website of the company so that customers can check the number of delivery receipt directly in the company's official website. And from the results of this research can be concluded that operation management in PT. Indah Logistic Pekanbaru run well.
