Abstract
In the face of intense competition in sales of similar motorcycles, PT. Kurnia Putra Mandiri implements a sales strategy through SWOT analysis by analyzing the internal and external environment. If sedis analyze this environment, then the strategy will be more medically done by creating policies that can support the smooth running of the business, especially in making strategic decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the right competitive strategy based on the SWOT analysis set at PT. Kurnia Putra Mandiri. Data collection methods used by researchers are the study of documents, observations, and interviews in order to obtain primary data and secondary data, with descriptive analysis discussion techniques. Based on the analysis of PT. Kurnia Putra Mandiri is in the position of opportunity strategy (SO strategy). This strategy uses internal strengths to take advantage of maximum opportunities. In this quadrant, PT. Kurnia Putra Mandiri is faced with high opportunities for internal strength. The results of the above research the researchers provide suggestions that can be conveyed, among others: 1) the quality of service that has been good needs to be maintained and improved again so that consumers can be satisfied and create a good image for the company so that it makes a good working relationship with consumers
