Abstract
The purpose of this research is to evaluate the time management of the sludge tank project development by CV. Kreasi Mulia Sejahtera using the CPM (Critical Path Method) method. The results of this study indicate that in planning the construction of sludge tanks requires 30 working days, but what is realized in the field is 36 working days. After calculating the CPM, a more efficient time is obtained, the planning stage becomes 26 days and the realization stage becomes 30 days. There are 9 activities which are critical paths in the construction of the sludge tank project. The late arrival of material is one of the reasons why there are differences in the total workmanship of the project.
