Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Village Government in Community Empowerment through the Allocation of Village Funds in Talikumain Village, Tambusai District, Rokan Hulu Regency. This type of research located at the Talikumain Village Office in Rokan Hulu Regency is a Descriptive Survey, which prioritizes the questionnaire list as a data collection tool and the data collected with this tool is then used as the main raw material for analyzing the empirical conditions of the objectivity of the research objectives at the location examined . The population used in this study is the Village Head, Village Secretary, BPD Member, and PKK Member. The sampling techniques used in establishing individual samples are the Saturated Sampling Technique for the population of Talikumain Village Office employees, and the Purposive Sampling technique for PKK members. Data collection used in this study consisted of, primary data collected using questionnaires and interviews and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use the frequency table tool.
