Abstract
. This research took place at CV. Rivat Gusta Ramadhan, to be precise in Kuantan Bay, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The population in this study were 11 employees at CV, Rivat Gusta Ramadhan. Sampling from the population elements from the company is carried out by census. In this study, the types of data used consisted of primary data and secondary data. To obtain the data and information needed in connection with this study, observation, interviews and questionnaires were carried out. In analyzing the data the author used descriptive methods, Based on data from the results of processed research conducted on Compensation at CV. Rivat Gusta Ramadhan Teluk Kuantan. From the results of the study it can be concluded that direct compensation can affect employee morale and performance because company policy in determining the amount of basic salary is considered very fair but the salary given is not in accordance with the provisions of laws and government regulations.
