Abstract
This study uses a descriptive method by comparing the existing practice and theory, the data collection techniques in this study using interview techniques, documentation and observation. The results of this study are that the Panca Mukti Kepenghuluan has not reported the 2017 and 2018 capital expenditures of the Kepenghuluan bank book balance. Furthermore, Panca Mukti Kepenghuluan does not depreciate fixed assets in the Equipment and Machinery accounts, buildings and buildings, network roads and installations in the 2018 Village Property Report from these results it is known that the Application of Financial Accounting in Panca Mukti Kepenghuluan Bagan Sinembah Raya District, Rokan Regency Downstream is not fully in accordance with the General Acceptable Accounting Principles.
