Abstract

Consumer Financing Agreement established by the financing institution. From the results of the study can be concluded, the implementation of fiduciary guarantee execution in the settlement of bad debts in finance company PT. Partners Pinasthika Mustika Finance in Pekanbaru City is done to customers who do wanprestasi with the retrieval of collateral goods from the hands of customers or in the hands of third-party beneficiaries, which is the last effort of PT. Partners Pinasthika Mustika Finance in Pekanbaru City to save assets in an effort to minimize losses, if the customer can no longer make installment payments by conducting the sale of collateral goods, the proceeds of the sale to pay off the remaining debt of the recipient of the facility.
