Abstract
This study aims to find out how to communicate between employees to improve services at the village head office of Kampung Besar Kota. The type of communication carried out is organizational communication in the form of vertical and horizontal communication. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results showed that the organizational communication implemented in the village head office of Kampung Besar Kota was still not good, causing the services provided to be not good either. The supporting factors for organizational communication at the village head office of Kampung Besar Kota are good service facilities, level of education and existing service rules. While the inhibiting factors are the lack of leadership skills, understanding of services, mastery of technology and cooperation.
