Abstract
The research method used is descriptive quantitative method, and the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The data collection used a questionnaire with a research sample of 48 respondents, namely employees of the Processing Foreman and Machine Operators in PKS I at PT Tri Bakti Sarimas, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The results showed that the overall level of work productivity of the factory employees at PT Tri Bakti Sarimas in Kuantan Singingi Regency has been going well, this can be seen from the dimensions of ability, increasing results achieved, morale, self-development, and efficiency. Employee productivity at PT Tri Bakti Sarimas in Kuantan Singingi Regency still has weaknesses, namely in the dimension of morale, which is related to indicators regarding today's work being better than yesterday. Furthermore, the dimension of self-development is related to indicators regarding employees liking challenges at work.
