Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the performance of employees at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Kuantan Singingi Regency (Study in the Field of Population Registration Services). Employee performance appraisal indicators used include quality, quantity, time, and cooperation. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive survey, which prioritizes the questionnaire list as a means of collecting data. The population and sample in this study amounted to 42 people. Types and data collection techniques used consisted of primary data collected using a questionnaire and interview list technique and observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use the frequency table tool. Based on this analysis technique, the researcher assesses and concludes that the Employee Performance Analysis at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Kuantan Singingi Regency (Study in the Field of Population Registration Services) is categorized as quite high. The inhibiting factors are the absence of a budget for adding honorary staff, and the absence of a budget for physical renovation of the Kuansing Disdukcapil office, because the Kuansing Disdukcapil office is too small and narrow, while the people who come to the Kuansing Disdukcapil office are busy every day, so people have to queue at outside. Then there is still a lack of discipline in the Population Registration Service Sector employees in service time, which causes people to get services that are less than optimal and tend to be slow, namely jobs that should be completed in 14 days, in fact six months have just been completed, such as in the management of making electronic KTP.
