Abstract

research with the title "The effect of POC Mixed Various Organic Wastes and NPK Mutiara 16:16:16 against Growth and Production of Cucumber Plants (Cucumis sativus L.) �. Research this has been implemented in the experimental garden of the Islamic University's Faculty of Agriculture Riau, Pekanbaru City. This research was conducted from December 2019 to March 2020. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect interactions and the main mixtures of various organic waste and NPK POC fertilizers Mutiara 16:16:16 to Cucumber Growth and Production. This study used a two-factor completely randomized design (CRD). The first factor is the POC for a mixture of various organic wastes (K) which consists of 4 levels of 0, 100, 200, and 300 ml per liter of water. The second factor was the dose of NPK Mutiara 16:16:16 (N) which consisted of 4 levels of 0, 3, 6 and 9 grams per plant. The parameters observed were flowering age, harvest age, number of fruits per plant, weight fruit per plant, fruit weight per fruit, and harvest index. Observation data analyzed statistically and continued with the honest real difference test (BNJ) on 5% rate. The results showed that the mixed POC interactions were various organic waste and NPK Mutiara 16:16:16 dose have a significant effect on parameters of flowering age, harvest age, number of fruits per plant, fruit weight per plant and fruit weight per fruit. The best treatment is combination POC a mixture of various organic wastes of 300 ml per liter of water and a dose of NPK Mutiara 16:16:16 9 grams per plant (K3N3). The main effect of POC blends is various real organic waste against all parameters observed with treatment best is 300 ml per liter of water (K3). The main effect of NPK fertilizer dosage Mutiara 16:16:16 is significant for all observation parameters with treatment best is 9 g per plant (N3).
