Abstract
Regulations regarding work agreements have been regulated in Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower, one form of work agreement is a fixed-time work agreement (PKWT). PT. Asrindo Citraseni Satria is one of the companies that employs its workers with a fixed working agreement. This company is engaged in Oil and Gas (MIGAS). which employs workers with a fixed-time employment agreement (PKWT) which makes some companies arbitrary over workers' rights. This happens to workers with a certain time working agreement (PKWT) at PT. Asrindo Citraseni Satria. The problems in this research are: How is the implementation of work wages in the employment agreement between employees and PT. Asrindo Citraseni Satria Based on Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower in Bengkalis Regency and how the supervision is carried out by the Bengkalis Regency Manpower and Transmigration Office. Regarding the implementation of work agreements between employees and PT. Asrindo Citraseni Satria based on Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower in Bengkalis Regency. This type of research is Observational Research by means of direct field surveys (field research) to collect primary and secondary data obtained from respondents either through questionnaires or interviews to be used as data / information as material in research writing. The nature of the research is descriptive, providing a clear description of the implementation of the work agreement between employees and PT. Asrindo Citraseni Satria based on Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower in Bengkalis Regency. The results of the author's research are that the implementation of a certain time work agreement at PT. Asrindo Citraseni Satria in Mandau Subdistrict has not been implemented properly, because it is still contrary to the prevailing laws and regulations, such as working hours that are not in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations, such as the provision of salaries that are still below the minimum wage for workers on a Time Work Agreement. Certain (PKWT) is due to the lack of efficiency of supervision carried out by the Manpower and Transmigration Office, resulting in many employers who violate the rules that have been described in Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning the Manpower.
