Abstract

Being a student requires high enthusiasm and achievement in any case, so that students get the best results in terms of their fields, and can achieve very high GPAs. Differences in individual self-efficacy exist in three aspects, namely: magnitude (level of task difficulty), strength (strength of belief), and generality (generality). This study aims to provide an overview of self-efficacy in learning to students at the Islamic University of Riau. Based on these problems, the researchers used a quantitative descriptive research method that uses a self- efficacy scale as a measuring tool and research data collection with a scale of 40 items. The population in this study were active students of Psychology at the Islamic University of Riau, amounting . The sample in this study amounted to 274 semple who were determined using accidental sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that self-efficacy in learning Psychology students are, in the medium category with a percentage of 90,1%
