Abstract
At this time, most teenagers find it difficult to socialize with the community because of the busyness with their own world so that it makes teenagers feel very awkward when they go into society and makes low psychological well-being in today's teenagers. Prosocial behavior can also affect psychological well-being in adolescents as the presence of a high sense of empathy towards others will make adolescents accepted in the environment, the establishment of positive relationships with others so as to achieve better psychological well-being. This study aims to determine the relationship between the relationship between prosocial behavior and psychological well-being in adolescents. This research is a quantitative correlation study. Prosocial behavior and psychological well-being of adolescents in this study measured a likert scale, each of which was proposed by Ryff (in Pappalia, 2009) and Eisenberg and Mussen (in Setioasih, 2016). The population of this study was all adolescents aged between 15-19 years in Tembilahan City which amounted to 433 adolescents. The data analysis technique uses product moment correlation statistics. The results showed that the level of prosocial behavior and psychological well-being of adolescents in Tembilahan City was classified as moderate as many as 391 people from 433 adolescents or 90.3% and 200 people from 433 adolescents or 46.2%.
