Abstract
Competition in Cellular Card products is getting tougher. Companies are competing to expand their market share, trying to attract customers by influencing consumers to be willing to buy their products. It also needs to be realized that companies that are able to dominate the market are companies that will get more profits. In response to this, given the increasingly fierce competition conditions and endless efforts in the company seeking profit as much as possible, the company must be able to overcome the factors that influence it and ultimately be able to increase product sales. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence consumer decisions in buying Tri cellular cards on 27 Pekanbaru mobile phones. The method used is descriptive and quantitative methods; A sample of 100 consumers. Questionnaire and interview data collection techniques as well as descriptive, qualitative and quantitative data analysis. This study concludes that the factors that influence purchasing
