Abstract

Complete Systematic Land Registration is a land registration activity for the first time, this is done by the Land Office. Of course, the quality of service is needed in providing satisfaction to those who are served. Service quality services for Complete Systematic Land Registration carried out by the Land Office of Siak Regency include Accountability, Conditional, Participatory, Equality of Rights, and Balance of Rights and Obligations. The purpose of this study was to determine the Quality of Complete Systematic Land Registration Services at the Siak Regency Land Office. as well as knowing the inhibiting factors for Complete Systematic Land Registration Services at the Siak Regency Land Office. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the Study on the Quality of Complete Systematic Land Registration Services at the Siak Regency Land Office show that the services provided have been carried out but have not been maximized where there are still delays in the completion of land certificates, This is due to the lack of employees in providing services and the ability of employees who still do not master the management of land certificates. However, the authors suggest to the Siak Regency Land Office to increase the number of employees, provide timely land certificate completion services, and employees must increase knowledge about land certificatemanagement.
