Abstract
This study aims to determine the types of businesses that are managed,the management of businessentites belonging to the Simpang Amanah, kuantan hilir district, kuantan Singingi regency according to the regulation of the minister of villages, development of underdeveloped areas, and transmigration of the republic of Indonesia Number 4 of 2015 cncerning the establishment and management, and dissolution of village – owned enterprises.the type of research located in the Simpang Tanah Lapang village is a qualitative method. The type of data source used is primary data collected through observation, interviews, documentation. The all the data obtained are analyzed and then discussed in detail, then drawn as research results. Research results about Analysis Of The Managenent Of Business Entities Owned By The Simpang Amanah In The village, Kuantan Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. While the formulation of the problem in this study is : what is the plan of the village government in advancing the village owned enterprise of simpang amanah in Simpang Tanah Lapang village, kuatan hilir district, kuantan singingi regency, what are the forms of business carried out in managing the Simpang Amanah field in the kuantan hilir sub – distict, kuatan singingi district. There are indicators as follows planning, organizing, leadership, supervision. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the management of the Simpang Amanah, kuantan hilir sub- district, kuantan singingi districtwas not good, it wa hoped that the village government and village – owned enterprise manangement would be more effective the community,s economy.
