Abstract

In equalizing education, the government launched an education program, namely the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) which was distributed through the Smart Indonesia Card (KIP) which aims to provide education services for children aged 6-21 years until they graduate from the education unit and reduce the personal costs of education by channeling funds directly to students. through the bank. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Card Program at the Teluk Meranti State High School 1, Pelalawan Regency and to see the inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Card at the Teluk Meranti State High School 1, Pelalawan Regency. The indicators used include Interests, Types/Benefits, Degree of Change, Policy Position, Program Implementation, Resources, Power, Characteristics, Compliance. This research was conducted at the State Senior High School 1 Teluk Meranti, Pelalawan Regency by using qualitative methods, collecting data using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Card Program at the State High School 1 Teluk Meranti, Pelalawan Regency is quite good which can be seen from the aspects of the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program but there are still obstacles such as invalid data causing the Smart Indonesia Card to be uneven, the need for evaluation Then again, the lack of program socialization made students less familiar with the management procedures and students who did not get the Smart Indonesia Card did not report to the school. Suggestions for the Smart Indonesia Card to update the data, conduct socialization to students so that it creates a cooperative attitude in the distribution of the Smart Indonesia Card in the future.
