Abstract

The title of this research is the Development Function of the Department of Trade and Industry to Street Vendors (PKL) in the Agus Salim Market, Pekanbaru City. This study aims to find out how the implementation of the guidance for street vendors (PKL) at the Agus Salim Market in Pekanbaru City is based on the Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation Number 114 of 2016 concerning the Position, Organizational Structure, Duties and Functions as well as the Work Procedures of the Pekanbaru City Trade and Industry Office and to know and understand what The only inhibiting factors for the Implementation of Street Vendor Development (PKL) at the Agus Salim Market in Pekanbaru City are Based on the Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation Number 114 of 2016 concerning Position, Organizational Structure, Duties and Functions and Work Procedures of the Pekanbaru City Trade and Industry Office. Sociological legal research, namely the author directly goes down to the field to make observations and interviews to find the necessary data. The nature of this research is descriptive, that is, it intends to provide an overview of the main research problems. The location of this research is the Department of Trade and Industry of Pekanbaru City and Agus Salim Market. Implementation of the Guidance of Street Vendors (PKL) in the Agus Salim Market of Pekanbaru City Based on Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation Number 114 of 2016 concerning Position, Organizational Structure, Duties and Functions and Work Procedures The Department of Trade and Industry of Pekanbaru City is quite well implemented. However, there are still many things that must be addressed, such as the maximum has not been achieved regarding the Implementation of Guidance for Street Vendors (PKL) at the Agus Salim Market, Pekanbaru City Based on the Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation Number 114 of 2016 concerning Position, Organizational Structure, Duties and Functions and Work Procedures of the Trade Office And Pekanbaru City Industry. The inhibiting factors that occur in the field at this time are the high increase in the number of street vendors (PKL) and the difficulty in placing traders to sell. This is what hinders the traffic performance of Pekanbaru City.
