Abstract

(evaluation) as a process of measuring and comparing the results of work that were actually achieved with the results that should have been achieved. did the village head not go well because it was not done routinely and in giving direction there was still a lack of guidance understood by the social institutions so that the directions conveyed were not appropriate to the maximum, and in providing further education and training in giving unclear instructions instructions are conveyed so that it is often wrong acceptance by RT and RW and regarding the existence of literature / book of lurah, there is no new manual to keep using the old one. In carrying out this task many obstacles faced by the lurah, especially in conducting coaching RT / RW adapts, which include: lack of facilities and infrastructure such as a meetinghouse to hold education and training for all existing social institutions, not understanding the instructions given by the lurah by the social institutions due to the low understanding of the members of the existing institutions , unavailability and specifically for buying and making manuals for RT / RW so that only old books can be used.
