Abstract

Zedra Adria In general, behavioral deviations in teenagers are defined as juvenile delinquency. In terms of studying the deviations of internet cafes, online games have a big influence on the deviations studied by teenagers. The teenagers learn the values, attitudes, techniques and motives of criminally deviant behavior through their interactions with others so that what they see can be learned and ultimately make the deviance happen. Moreover, there are no rules that must be obeyed at the location of internet cafes so that teenagers who initially do not have a naughty nature and desire to deviate become easy to try because they see them almost every day, or teenagers who have not been affected by deviant actions are forced to follow because influenced by social and personal groups. In studying a deviant behavior which occurs in the association of teenagers, they have a sense of empathy and sympathy in the group they have, the deviation studied usually someone who is dominant as a reference, including the technique of committing a crime there is motivation, encouragement and justification. So that the deviation process contained in this group is so easy to learn and imitate by close friends who have not been affected by this situation. The learning process that is influenced by individuals and groups is obtained by them when playing online games at online game internet cafes. Learning is very easy to happen because in terms of hobbies and habits they have one frequency in understanding their goals. Another thing that causes deviations is the absence of filters or rules that regulate the members of this internet cafes while in the cafes environment, members are free to do anything as long as they do not disturb other members while playing. They use internet cafes not on technological developments to study, work or other positive activities but abuse technological developments for the enjoyment of their groups massively so that there is dysfunction in internet cafes, especially online game internet cafes.
