Abstract

The Demographic Dividend is a moment that many countries have been waiting for, including Indonesia. Fortunately, Indonesian people now have a golden opportunity and they have the opportunity to feel and know what it is like to have bunch of human resources in addition to abundant natural resources. But not many of us know that the demographic dividend is a big leap for many countries to make big changes for their own country. Of course, behind that kind of situation, there are many knots that we should understand before we go down and doing the stuff. We must understand what is the benchmarks for a country to be able to successfully carry out its process in the demographic party. What are the things that influence a country to be able to pass a demographic bonus party well, and what are the inhibiting factors to what factors can be a threat to society in the context of this demographic dividend. In this study, we will discover other implications that we have never thought of before behind the impact of the demographic bonus, and this can actually refer to the disruption of the security system and the resilience of the social and political aspects of a society. For this reason, it is necessary to emphasize that this research is a research that should be considered and studied carefully. Therefore, the researcher in this case hopes that we can digest the various information provided so that in the future we can see that the welfare of the community can be guaranteed, and we can see that socio-economic stability can always be in good condition.
