Abstract

PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas is a company engaged in oil palm plantations. The company has an area of 10,000 ha of oil palm plantations with 107 human resources. However, the production that is produced every year is fluctuating or fluctuating, so that it provides an illustration of the inconsistent performance shown by employees. The research objectives are set to analyze and explain Employee Performance at PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This study used a descriptive survey type through quantitative methods, with data collected from a population and a sample of 32 plantation employees through purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires. All data collected were analyzed one unit and then conclusions were drawn. Based on the research results, it was found that the performance of employees at PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas as a whole, the performance shown by employees is already in the good category. Where employees have shown work results in quantity, quality, reliability, and work attitudes. The findings of the research found that there were several obstacles faced in achieving performance, namely the problem of the distance between the harvesting place and the hoarding place and the problem of low fruit production in certain months, so that the work given by the employees was not optimal. From these results, it is suggested that the company fully supports the achievement of employee performance and meets the infrastructure needs.
