Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of Objective Job Motivation Employee Field Service Field Hospital in zainab Maternal and Child Pekanbaru, indicators of this study are Direct Motivation and Indirect Motivation. The type of research located in Pekanbaru City is service Descriptive. The population in use in this stydi is the medical rehab medic of the Zainab Maternal and Child Hospital Pekanbaru and Employee Maternal and Child hospital Zainab Pekanbaru. The sampling teachnique used in determining the individual samples is the census technique for the population Representation of each to informant and purposive sampling technique for the population of Hospital Employee, the type and technique of data collection used in this study consist of primary data collected by using the quissioner and interviews and secondary data collected using observation techniques. Based on data analysis the results of the whole study showed thad the opinion of the responden about the Direct Motivation and Indirect Motivation of the employees at Zainab Maternal and child Hospital Pekanbaru is in the category “Sufficiently Motivation� Recommendation to be considered is where of public service which is given by Maternal and Child Hospital Zainab Pekanbaru to Society More Improved, this can be done by providing work to employee who are inside the internal self Maternal and Chil Hospital ZainabPekanbaruit self.
