Abstract
Research entitled Efforts to Increase the Success of Grafting Sweet Oranges (Citrus nobilis L.) Kuok Kampar Through Application of Growth Regulators and Diameter of Entres Eye Sources�. This research was carried out in a private garden, Jalan Pendidikan, Sungai Betung Hamlet, Pulau Jambu Village, Kuok District, Kampar Regency. This research was carried out for 3 months, starting from April to June 2021. This study used a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of two factors. The first factor was growth regulators which consisted of 4 levels of treatment, namely: without growth regulators, pure young coconut water, onion extract and brassinosteroids. The second factor was the branchdiameter of the buds sources.consisted of 4 levels of treatment, which were: 10, 20, 30 and 40 mm. Each treatment consisted of 3 replications, so there were 48 experimental units. Parameters observed were the percentage of life grafting, time of shooting up,, net assimilation rate (NAR), relative growth rate (RGR), shoot length, shoot diameter, number of leaves on shoots and plant anatomy. The data were statistically analyzed and continued with the honest significant difference test (BNJ) at the 5% level. The results showed that: the effect of the interaction of growth regulators and the diameter of the bud sources had significant effects on all parameters, the best growth regulators was onion extract 9 ml/l of water and the diameter bud sources branch of30 mm. The main effect of growth regulators was significant on all observed parameters, with 9 ml of onion extract/ l of water being the best growth regulating subtance. The main effect of the Branch diameter of the bud sourceswas significant on all parameters observed. The best results showed by buds obtained from branch with diameter of 30 mm.
